If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. This should be a written communication addressed to our DMCA agent and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If that party does not file an action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
